Respecting the privacy of our employees is an essential part of our privacy program. We collect, receive, maintain and/or share Personal Information with our service providers, WorkBright and ADP. The categories and the purposes described below for use of personal information reflects data processed across our partner’s products.

Identifiers, such as name, contact information, online identifiers and Social Security numbers and other government-issued ID numbers

Personal information, as defined in the California consumer records law, such as name, contact information, insurance policy number, education, employment, employment history financial information, medical information and health information [1]

Characteristics of protected classifications under California or federal law,[2]such as sex, age, race, religion, national origin, disability, medical conditions and information, citizenship, immigration status and marital status

Commercial information, such as transaction information, purchase history and financial details

  • Debugging: Debugging to identify and repair errors that impair existing intended functionality.

  • Transient use: Short-term, transient use, where personal information is not disclosed to another third party and is not used to build a profile about a consumer or otherwise alter an individual consumer's experience outside the current interaction. 

  • Quality assurance and product improvement: Activities to verify or maintain the quality or safety of service or device that is owned, manufactured, or controlled by KNA Solutions, and otherwise to improve, upgrade, or enhance the service or device that is owned, manufactured, or controlled by KNA Solutions.
