  • I just started working, how will I be getting my pay?
    We pay weekly, every Friday. ADP is our payroll services provider. We pay via direct deposit, to the bank account that you indicate in your new hire paperwork, or via a Flex Wage pay card that we send to you via priority mail before your first paycheck is issued or as soon as you are hired in ADP, whichever event occurs sooner, if you do not indicate a bank account for direct deposit in your new hire paperwork. The Flex Wage pay card is a Visa prepaid debit card for direct deposit of your paycheck and other compensation, making those funds immediately accessible via the card on payday. The Flex Wage pay card eliminates expensive check-cashing fees and money orders, and gives cardholders free ATM access at 55,000 Allpoint ATM locations. Once the card is activated for direct deposit it can be used to make purchases anywhere Visa is accepted – at millions of merchants worldwide – or to withdraw cash from ATMs displaying the Visa or PLUS logos.
  • I need proof of employment. How do I get this from KNA?
    Please email the form required to and allow up to 3 business days processing time. Please note that if you have not yet started your assignment, we cannot verify employment as you have not yet started working for us. We can, however, provide a signed copy of your offer letter. Once you have started your assignment, we can follow up with additional proof/verification of employment as requested.

    There are a few ways to get in touch with us! 1. During normal business hours, for fastest response, send an SMS/text message (messaging rates may apply) to 516-588-6991, and a member of our recruiting, staffing, or HR team will be in touch shortly depending on the nature of your inquiry. 2. Need to talk with someone on our HR team specifically?   • How do I log my time/keep track of my hours?
    Unless you have been told otherwise, KNA Solutions employees track their hours through a mobile-friendly, easy-to-use app called Quickbooks Time. You should have received a personalized invitation to create your individual account as part of your onboarding communications. Please text your recruiter at 516-588-6991 if you need this link resent. We pay weekly, so it is very important to log your hours accurately each shift using this app to prevent any delays in receiving your paycheck. If your manager has asked you to use a paper timesheet or record your hours any other way besides the Quickbook Time app, please let a member of the KNA Solutions staffing team know as soon as possible. Some of our clients have our employees log their time using their own onsite timeclocks - if this is the case, you will be informed of the correct timekeeping procedure during your onboarding/new hire orientation.
  • I have a question about my prior year Form 1095-C

  • How do I check my paystub, change my bank info, get my W2, or change personal information on file such as my mailing address?
    We suggest all our employees set up their personal profile within ADP in order to access copies of their pay stubs, change/update banking details, update address information, access their W2, and more! You will have access to this profile even if you are no longer an employee of KNA Solutions. To set up your personal profile for the first time as an employee of KNA Solutions, simply go to  and click on the “sign up” button. You will be asked for a registration code. Our company ​​​registration code is: 5cwc9-knasolullc PLEASE NOTE: Any changes you make to your direct deposit banking details will NOT TAKE EFFECT UNTIL FOLLOWING PAYCHECK unless you contact someone on the KNA team. For example, if you update your bank details on a Monday morning, your check that coming Friday will still go into your OLD bank account. This is how ADP is automatically set up. If you need your check to go into your NEW bank account, you must contact someone on the KNA team once you've updated your new banking details into ADP as soon as possible, but no later than Wednesday at 9am Eastern time for that Friday's check.
